The LandsofAmerica.com Buyer's barn looked really nice with the exterior wood almost complete. One thing was missing though - the stain. If you've ever stained wood then you know it's not easy. Most people make a mess out of it. The painting crew came out a couple days ago and have been working hard and making it look easy. These guys know what they're doing. They sprayed on 3 different coats. Two coats of stain and one coat of clearcoat to protect the stained wood. The clear coat has to be reapplied every 3 or so years because of the beating the building takes from the sun in Texas. The nice part is that the stain doesn't have to be redone. Only the clearcoat.
Once this crew started applying the stain - it brought life to the barn like nothing else had! Checkout the photos below and see for yourself.
